- Where can I find my tracking number? Once your order is processed, custom-printed, and dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days), we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code.
- When will tracking info update? Please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch for the international carrier to scan the package and update online tracking.
- Estimated Delivery Windows: Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days for North America and Europe, and 7–20 business days for other regions.

1. My tracking number says "Not Found". What should I do?
If your order was shipped very recently, the courier system may take a short while to sync international data. Please check back after 24–48 hours.
2. Why hasn't my package updated in a few days?
During international transit—especially when passing through customs checkpoints or major regional hubs—tracking scans may pause temporarily until reaching the next sorting center.
