To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customized Items (Final Sale)
Due to the personalized nature of customized jerseys and bespoke items, customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect occurred.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs resulting from non-merchant reasons are covered by the customer, unless protected by the optional Return & Exchange Protection purchased at checkout.
